The Spring schedule for Tennis Conditioning with Coach Kim is:
Wednesday 6:40-7:30
These sessions will take place in the gym and are part of your tuition.
The ATA is dedicated to making your player understand the concepts of tennis specific movement and how these concepts will make them play better tennis. We teach them how to be in perfect position for each shot, how to explode to the ball, how to maintain balance at all times.
Quality shots depend on quality positioning. Quality positioning depends on quality movement. Quality movement depends on balance and strength. These things are integral to success and we work on them daily in our practices.

In addition, the ATA has a brand new state of the art workout facility that is available for your player's use. Coach Kim will develop an extensive and completely individual workout plan for your player. She will show you a clear progression for strength, agility and flexibility training so that your player is able to maximize their skills.
