2009/2010 ATA Business Policies:
- The annual $300 registration fee is applicable to the first month's tuition. This
fee is non-refundable and guarantees your position in the appropriate group upon receipt. This fee is due every May in order
to reserve a player's space in the ATA for the fall.
- The ATA must have each player's credit card information
on file in order for that player to participate.
- Tuition for each month will be paid on the first of each month. Payment
will be via credit card which the ATA will have on file. The ATA will run the cards on the first of each month.
- There
must be a 30 day written notice for a player's withdrawal. If a player chooses to leave the ATA, for any reason, no refund
will be issued.
- No refund will be issued if the player is asked to leave the ATA for disciplinary reasons.
- All players
must sign the liability waiver and the business policy before their first day of attendance.
- There are rain make-ups
for team practices only at the discretion of the ATA.
- If a player chooses to particpipate in any activities that conflict
with the ATA then that player is responsible for the full tuition in order to maintain their spot. In order to maintain the
highest level of coaching, no tuition discounts will be given. This includes High School tennis.
- Any tournament coaching
requests are at an additional expense to the player.
